If you don't receive the Microsoft Home Use Program email please follow these steps:
- Check your junk or spam folder.
- Add “firstname.lastname@example.org” to your email contacts list or whitelist.
- Click here to resend your email.
- Request your IT department staff add “email@example.com” to their email whitelist.
- If you still don't receive the email, contact Customer Support.
