There can two ways to access Help and Support articles and forums on the discount marketplace.
- Once logged on to your BenefitHub account you can click the "Suggest" icon in the upper right hand side of the page and then select "Features".
- Click the "HELP ?" icon in the lower left hand side of the page.
- The Community Center will appear.
- You can search using keywords in the search bar.
- You can also select categories and sub categories.
- The community forum is located on the lower section of the page in the center.
- You can view post and submit new topics as shown below.
