In some isolated circumstances a few Vendors, require a corporate email address in order to make a purchase. You will therefore need to provide your corporate or work email address to complete the purchase. If your work email address does not work, you will need to contact your employer to find out which email address your employer has registered for you with that vendor. Unfortunately, the BenefitHub Customer Care Team will not be able to assist you with this issue.
